Penn State uses WorkDay, and it includes modules for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, self service, etc.  Because of the way our HR org is set up, we have a team dedicated to data entry and management, so my access is mostly view only, so I am not an expert, but I'm happy to answer any questions you have or connect you to someone else if you're interested.  Good luck in the transition process!
