At our October meeting we’ll look at Conflict from Root Cause, and deliver a Conflict Model to help you:
- Understand the Games People Play and how to stay out of games
- Recognize your “Ego States” and how they make things worse or better
- Have a model to navigate Conflict rather than feel hopeless
Learning Objectives:
- Understand and Recognize the positions people take and how they change during conflict
- How do our Ego States and other’s Ego States make conflict management impossible
- Have a take home model to manage the process and know where you are, and where they are trying to take you
- Investigate the Root Causes of Conflict
- Have the Five Steps of Conflict Resolution

John Moore, founder of Moore Power Sales, an authorized Sandler Affiliate, and SHRM member. John is certified in DISC, 12 Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence and a Certified Sandler Presenter. For 32 years John has worked with our local businesses as well as national and international companies in Sales and Talent development, from training, hiring, assessing, and much more. Our passion is to help our local companies thrive world wide and yet enjoy the quality of life here in Central PA. He lives in Williamsburg with his wife Julie, dog Leo and numerous deer, turkeys and coyotes.
