Topic: Reasonable Suspicion and Medical Marijana in the Workplace
Details: This presentation and training will focus on the role of supervisors, managers and human resources in a drug and alcohol-free workplace and how medical marijuana plays a role.

- What happens at the dispensary for medical marijuana, obtaining refills and guidance from qualified dispensary staff.
- Devising a drug and alcohol policy and why should you have a policy.
- Ensuring legal compliance in Pennsylvania and navigating the legality of medical marijuana.
Presenter: Jamie Stumph, SHRM-CP, PHR, MSHRD - General Manager, Advantage Resource Group
Presenter Bio:
Jamie Stumph holds the role of General Manager for Advantage Resource Group, Inc., an HR consulting organization, and National Staffing Solutions, Inc., a company specializing in payroll services and workforce solutions. She manages the operations of two companies across three office locations, all while fostering a culture of leadership and community engagement. Jamie has been with Advantage Resource Group since 2010.
Jamie received her bachelor of science degree in business with a concentration in management and marketing with a minor in entrepreneurship in 2008. She obtained her master's degree in human resource development from Villanova University in 2014.
Jamie actively contributes to the Blair County Chamber of Commerce as Chair of the Advocacy and Operations Board. She also drives initiatives like the BASICS Career Shadowing program and inspires young minds as an instructor for the Chamber’s Young Entrepreneurs Academy of Blair County.
A proud Altoona, PA resident, Jamie values quality time with her husband, daughter, and three beloved dogs. Her commitment extends beyond her professional life, as she dedicates herself to strengthening her community through active involvement and service in her church, embodying a balance of professional excellence and personal devotion.
