About Maureen:

Provide customized talent development programs and coaching services to meet the current and future challenges of supervisors, managers, leaders, and key talent in organizations.

Work with a wide variety of clients in various sectors including healthcare, senior living services, higher education, financial services, engineering and construction, government, and non profit organizations to develop leading edge leadership and management education solutions.

Leverage knowledge of DiSC, MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, and 360 assessments to improve self-awareness and awareness of others as foundational leadership principles.

Primary focus in supervisory and leadership competencies with an emphasis on communication and behavioral styles in the workplace.

Specific topics include DiSC, feedback and coaching, performance management, change management, conflict resolution, team-building, emotional intelligence, generations in the workplace, business and technical writing, and presentation skills.
