Hiring and onboarding contain potential pitfalls that employers may not be aware of.  This presentation will identify the top 10 stumbles employers frequently encounter in the hiring process and simple ways to limit legal exposure.  Topics such as recruiting, applications, interviews, and background checks will be covered.
