Presenter: Aaron Nygren, President-Nygren Training Solutions
Presenter Bio:
Aaron V. Nygren is President of Nygren Training Solutions, a 15 year management training and consulting company located in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Mr. Nygren brings over 27 years of real world business experience to his company. Mr. Nygren has become a subject matter expert in the areas of interpersonal dynamics and development, emotional intelligence, leadership fundamentals, conflict mediation, and personal role development. He has delivered intensive individual and group programs in state agencies and in private settings for both for-profit and not-for-profit agencies. Today NTS has clients spanning the continental United States and Canada.
Through the years he has held various leadership positions, initially working as a team leader on an as-needed basis overseeing activities of as many as 25 individuals. Eventually Aaron became a front line supervisor leading up to nine professional therapeutic staff support personnel. Additionally, he has considerable experience in coordinating interagency collaboration and holding leadership roles and managing non-profit organizations and volunteer based teams.
He has earned degrees from Harrisburg Area Community College, The Pennsylvania State University and an M.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Nygren has obtained training in forensic psychophysiology with emphasis on polygraph detection. He and his wife Ellen thrive in Indiana, Pennsylvania with their seven children.
